A Dancer’s Diet.

It is hard to dance when your body does not feel like it it is in tip top shape. If you have been out of dance for a while please be sure to stretch and drink water often. Here you can find a few recipes I use to help keep me on my toes.

Feel Good Soup

Zucchini, Carrots & Red Bell Pepper
Kale & Bok Choy
Garbanzo beans
Onion & Garlic- both veggies & powders
Cayenne Pepper
Pepper & Smoked paprika
Salt & Mrs. Dash

Dump it in the crock pot

Use filter water & season it or use veggie broth.
